CVMA and the Ukrainian Veterinary Medical Foundation

The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) recently met with the Ukrainian Veterinary Medical Foundation (UVMF) to discuss the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia and its effects on animals and veterinarians.
The Ukrainian Veterinary Medical Foundation (UVMF) is the charitable arm of the Ukrainian Small Animals Veterinary Association (USAVA).
The CVMA is planning a spring webinar with the UVMF and will invite all Canadian veterinarians. The UVMF feels that our input will play a pivotal role in refining its strategies, addressing potential challenges, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the USAVA and UVMF.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration and building a partnership that will have a lasting impact on the well-being of the animals and community in Ukraine.
