Hold Your Horses! Sign Up for the Equine Dentistry Lab at the 2017 CVMA Convention

May 16, 2017

On Thursday morning, July 13, of the 2017 CVMA Convention, Dr. James Carmalt and Dr. Kathleen McMillan offer an equine dentistry lab called, “The Equine Oral Examination: Touching and Feeling to Oral Endoscopy and Imaging.”

Participants will be able to complete an oral examination and chart the results and to appreciate the differences between the light and mirror approach and the oral endoscope. The lab will allow participants to appreciate the benefit of adding routine radiography into a complete examination of the equine dentition.
