Health Canada is Looking for Feedback on the Proposed Approach to the Regulation of Cannabis

On November 22, 2017, Health Canada launched public consultations on the proposed approach to the regulation of cannabis.
The proposed approach builds on the extensive consultations conducted by the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation and on Canada’s existing system of regulated production of cannabis for medical purposes and industrial hemp.
