Help Shape the Future of Animal Health Emergency Management in Canada

October 9, 2019

On behalf of Animal Health Canada (AHC) and the National Farmed Animal Health and Welfare (NFAHW) Council, Synthesis Agri-food Network is undertaking a gap analysis to accurately assess Canada’s current animal health emergency response capacity. We’re reaching out to valuable stakeholders for feedback through a short online survey.

Your input will help us identify solutions that will reduce fragmentation, ensure timely reporting and efficient communication, and increase cohesiveness in decision-making to ultimately strengthen the system. Your feedback will also help form a future governance model for animal health in Canada.

Given the regional and diverse nature of Canada’s animal health system, our goal is to consult as broadly as possible with stakeholders. An initial consultation of stakeholders has been conducted, but your input will help to ensure that the information gathered is complete, accurate and detailed.

This survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and is available in both English and French. To help us ensure we consult as broadly as possible, please circulate this survey to your networks and member organizations.

Please note that your responses will be kept strictly confidential, and only shared as summarized and aggregated data in the gap analysis final project report.

Please complete the survey by Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

Thank you for providing your valuable input by completing this survey: surveymonkey.com/r/TL37CGW
