Keeping up with the cost of living: Average fees and inflation

While the price of many veterinary procedures has risen over recent years, a comparison of common fees against inflation clearly demonstrates that these increases have been modest and proportional to the overall expansion in the cost of living in Canada.
The 2018 Practice Owners Economic Survey provides data on veterinary fees charged across the country. With almost 600 surveys received nationally, there is a robust sample upon which to base conclusions.
