BE PREPARED TO RESPOND TO YOUR CLIENTS' MOST PRESSING QUESTIONS WITH FUN AND ENGAGING COMMUNICATION MATERIAL

Expanding tick populations are a growing concern for pet owners who seem to have more questions than ever, despite the large amount of information in media and on the Internet. Providing answers to pet owners' most frequently asked questions about ticks will be the main focus of this year's NTAM campaign. The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, in partnership with Merck Animal Health, has produced a number of unique communication tools.

  • Video animation featuring a few of the most interesting questions about ticks asked by pet owners. (Can you guess what those questions might be?)
  • Social media graphics, based on the video animation, for you to share on your social media channels
  • Waiting-room poster

  • Series of 12 "What Do You Really Know About Ticks" videos (shareable), in which Canadian "tickspert" Dr. Scott Stevenson, BMSc, MSc, DVM, provides answers to questions commonly asked by pet owners.

NTAM launch webcast

The 2018 NTAM campaign was launched on March 1, 2018, with a webcast featuring Dr. Scott Stevenson, BMSc, MSc, DVM, who introduced this year's theme, presented the tools and resources available, and provided suggestions on ways to use them to help make NTAM a success in your clinic.
