PSA: Veterinarians are Here for You during the COVID-19 Pandemic

OTTAWA, Ontario – The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and veterinarians all across the country are here for you and your animals during this difficult time.
We’ve had to adjust the way we practice veterinary medicine but, rest assured, we’re doing our utmost to deliver the highest standard of care using adjusted protocols and, where available, telemedicine services.
We ask that you help us continue to provide our services by calling ahead before visiting a clinic. And follow the guidance of your provincial health authority if you must leave home with your pet or if you require a veterinarian to visit your farm.
We wish you and your family health and safety during this challenging time.
