CVMA to Combine English and French X Accounts

The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) will combine its French X account (@Assoccanmedvet) and English X account (@CanVetMedAssoc) to better serve our members and ensure everyone receives the most current and comprehensive information.

The combined account will share information in both French and English.

This change will take effect on January 1, 2026. We will continue to share information via both our French and English X accounts until that time.

We encourage anyone who is currently following @Assoccanmedvet to begin following @CanVetMedAssoc to ensure you continue to receive our updates once the change takes place.

All other CVMA social accounts, which are already bilingual, will remain unchanged.

We encourage you to follow all CVMA social media channels for updates, animal health campaigns, and valuable information.
