Due to the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, candidates are strongly encouraged to use courier services when sending any documents to NEB e.g., Identification Verification, Educational Verification, etc.

The Certificate of Qualification is typically mailed out to candidates about one to two months after being issued electronically.

Certificates of Qualification will be mailed out after the strike is over. Delays in the processing of documents and mailing the Certificate of Qualification to candidates, are expected. Thank you for your patience.
